In this vid I talk about counting calories and keeping a food and exercise journal as a way to keep on top of my weightloss and healthy living routiine ~ soon to be a 'lifestyle!' What brought this about? Well, Macomarell (Marjie), a new friend of mine on youtube, lost weight through something called Calorie Restriction. I was so impressed with her story that I thought I should really look into it. So, this is what happened!

For anyone watching this my fitness pal com is the greatest tool ever to lose weight!!!!!! The lady in this video is right about cravings I have not had a soda or chocolate in 3 months. I have lost 49lbs in that time frame. Good Luck!!!

I downloaded it but it doesn't work properly on my PC, it displays an error message each time I click on a certain button (to fill in my age, weight, etc) so for now I'll stay with my German calorie counting software, that doesn't deliver any further analysis (vitamins a.s.o.) :-/

are you going to check out the cron-O-meter that marjie talks about in her vid? ... i think it's pretty cool! ... turns out i'm low on vitamin D but everything else is super high (88 to 98 %)! yeah!! ... =}

oh connie, i think it would be super great if you did a vid on counting calories!!! ... haha ... i too forgot to count the olive oil i was using on sunday and monay but by tuesday i realized i needed to add it in! hehehe ~ hugs, katie

Don't forget the most important thing in reducing calories is to keep the calories low and the nutrition high. That is why I use the cronOmeter. It tracks vitamints, minerals etc so you can supplement if you are not getting enough.
The cronOmeter is easy to use and no web site to deal with.
CR is a lifestyle. I am almost at 2 years into it.
