Chatham/Kent, full of low life scum bag down and out skanks. If there was ever an award for the worst town in the world Chatham would win year after year. The dirtiest, skankiest town i've ever had the mispleasure of visiting. Example: I went into the town centre to vistit Barclays Bank and even the staff in the banks grammar etc, was horrendous she said "you alwhite maaaaate, how are ya!"
