Haha definetly! Chris too! Oh wait he cant walk haha. Today at XC we did speed workouts... Those are killer. This is what we did... 1/2 mile, 1/2 mile, 1 mile, 1/2 mile, 1/2 mile. You spring a half, walk a 4th, jog a 4th, then do ur next 1/2, walk jog etc. My coach ran in our group at the end. On the 1 mile he killed me, then on the half after than I SMOKED him it was funny haha. ttyl

UNCLE AL! hey it's george! keep up the exercising :-P at first it sucks and everything hurts like hell but do it everyday for a week and work up distance gradually and it's amazing how much easier it gets. In cross country i could barely run a mile, now i can like 6 miles without stopping. GOOD LUCK
