If there is one site in Egypt every tourist must see it is Abu Simbel.I know most people will say it is Pyramids, but I feel Abu Simbel summarizes Egypt and its mystic glory best. What makes it unique is the element of human determination, which has gone in one of the most ambitious restoration work of modern times.
