The thing that is better about real paper books is, you can keep them forever, loan them to others and when you don't want them any more you can give away, sell them, donate, or recycle them. But the best thing: No batteries to worry about, ever.

@Kviveka Yours is probably the most poignant comment of all. I think you should make a video review that points out how Barnes and Noble employees don't earn enough to buy a Nook reader. This reminds me of the people who harvest chocolate in third world countries in poor conditions for almost no wages and have never tasted a bar of chocolate in their lives. Scandalous, really. You can get more info on that in the BBC report: 'Chocolate The Bitter Truth' on YouTube.

@oOMusicFishOo back them up on your computer). another con would be (for some people) that it still doesn't have that 'natural' book feel where you can turn the pages and be...papery...and stuff. lol. i would go into more detail but the character limit is annoying me xD
I work at Barnes and Noble and sadly, don't make enough money to buy one. However I am required to sell them. And thus we are tested to see if we are competent to buy a device we can't even afford to buy. But I thank you for this fantastic and very indepth review. Thanks to you I will pass the test and keep my job...still won't be able to afford a nook. But at least I'll still be employed. Thanks!

Is it worth it to get an eReader? I mean are the ebooks cheaper than paper books? What are the real pros?
