Try to rent the movie "Earthlings" directed by Shaun Monsen. Its a great way to start to remove the veil from your eyes.

It's so simple. A balanced vegetarian diet is fine for people of all ages.

So, isn't eating meat is killing animals for your personal pleasure and convenience?

I don't know why it took me so long to realize this. I always knew a person could be healthy and strong as a vegetarian, I've seen it myself.

I don't blame anyone who eats meat, because that's how I was, I just hope they take the time to think about it rationally, without bias or silly arguments. 'Food chain'? What about free will?

I respect your choice not to eat animals, but in ANY survival situation, both rural, urban, or even in a self reliant style of living... you have to eat meat to survive!!! Be them bugs, or not, you have to take life to live life in any survival situation.

OMG, terrillcase, you're full of shit! Humans cannot digest meat properly, because our stomach acid is 20 times weaker than that of a carnivore and true omnivore. We have intestinal tract 10-11 times body length, because, unlike meat, plant foods decay slowly, so they can take their time to pass through the body. Meat rots inside your stomach and stays there for days. We are natural frugivores / herbivores. Our body is NOT anatomically designed to eat meat.
