Exelent film. I am 100% azeri. I live in US. Every time I go to visit Azerbaijan It makes me feel depresed. I fee bad for my people that they have to live like that. Only 1% of population gets " Filthy Rich" while the rest are strugling just to get by. I find it to be a giscrase. And the situation outside Baku is even worth. No jobs. All man are gone away to Russia so that they can work, and send home few rubels to help there familys. 99% of Azeris do not benefit from huge oil resourses

thx for this video, I really appreciate the effort u ve made. Now, Azeri government pays millions to some journalists to shoot how they build Flame towers. but for an ordinary Azeri there is no benefit from the flame towers...

@SeaSnakeX look carefully, it was shot in fall 2000, so these guys showed what was then. Now no so many things have changed, only buildings and roads became better, not the people's condition or corruption.

This video is really old! It dates back to 1997, by uploading this video it becomes very misleading! Please either upload a modern video about Azerbaijan or remove this one as its misleading and incorrect.
