I'd probably say the clicking is perhaps some kind of interference from the Pig car maybe from the flashing strobes or capacitors discharging been picked up by the recording device. or maybe it's the timer on his 'George Foreman Lean Mean Fat-Reducing Grilling Machine' clicking as his 'Bacon' is cooking, What a complete nob head! How can a W@NKER like that possibly enforce the law if he can't even stick to the law himself, Hope he spills red hot coffee n dunkin doughnuts all over his knackerz!!

It's not about being a cop or not. This is a BAD human being, and should not have the right to carry weapons. Completely aggressive and unprofessional beyond words. When people have power they only want to subjugate other people; it's all about ego, vanity and power and it's the wrong path. The slefless path of mental discipline and honor is the opposite of this dirtbag.
