A cut down version of the 80's BBC documentry 'Vandals' not sure what year this was made as the end credits are missing, 1987? Ive cut it down to focus mainly on the graffiti, most of which is from a couple of other BBC programs of the time but its worth a look.

"Vandalism" as a concept is a social construct.

People only "feel" unsafe because graffiti is seen in this way, categorised with violence against people and so forth.

Barcelona is covered in graffiti and it's well safe and considered a beautiful city.

Graffiti was happening before money was invented for fuck sake. We all live for and worship that shit now. That second guy at the beginning make out graffiti is an invention of only on the 20th century.
