In its draft report, released in August 2008, NIST attempted to cover up

evidence that WTC7 fell at freefall, but the coverup was transparent. In its

final report, released in November 2008, NIST finally acknowledged freefall,

but couched it in a bizarre framework that continues to deny its clear

significance.

  • quote right off of NIST's own web site.

"As part of the NCST Act, no part of any report resulting from investigations can be admitted as evidence or used in any suit or action for damages. Additionally, NIST employees are not permitted to serve as expert witnesses."

signed into law on Oct. 1, 2002, by President Bush

as in: anything NIST concludes is inadmissible in a court of law and makes it as good as hearsay. So much for NIST's credentials.

  • i love how the nist representative reffers to the behaviour of the computer modelled callapse under nondemolition circumstances as 'this case" so as to confuse it with the tangible evidence we have from the video. and then insinuates that because of the behavior predicted by the model, we shouldn't care about the video. great video 5 stars im sending this to people

  • Just for argument's sake, let's suppose there's more to do than squabble endlessly with Sunstein's army and look at the political evidence pertaining to 9/11. Watch: Historian Webster Tarpley Analyzes Bush's Behavior on 9/11

  • Send this video to everyone you know who has the ability to grasp basic knowledge in physics, especially those with a degree of sorts. The latter ones can at least sign the Scholar petition. Have them google "Scholars for 9/11 Truth & Justice". I know many, including PhDs. For those who don't now, there is also "Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth", "Medical Professionals for 9/11 Truth", "Lawyers for 9/11 Truth" and many more. Some links are found at "Political Leaders for 9/11 Truth".

  • @EarthsGravitySucks

Lol, it's like the prosecutor of a murder, not beeing able to use the police investigation.

    Absolutely hilarious.

  • @AlexanderTheGood89

Acceleration is a momentanious concept dimwit, the same way speed is. It's not an average measure. Get back to school.

  • @EarthsGravitySucks So you're saying that just because they are not part of a government that can automatically present something as fact in court, then that means they have no credentials?! What does that make the the mere 1200 people A&E people then!!

The American Society of Civil Engineers, which supports NIST and whose members contributed, has about 120,000 members. Every developed country has a similar professional body. They also do not dispute NIST. Try again.

  • hahaha. I'm glad you're not my physics teacher. In the video you've provided of the collapse, you can see the building descending from 5:32 to 5:37! You can even see it continue to descend at the right-hand side of the screen until 5:39. But for the sake of argument, let's continue with the NIST's 5.4 second estimation....

    5:32 - 5:37 = 5 seconds.

I hope you're on paid leave like all the other conspiracist teachers.

  • Sunder says, paraphrasing;

3.9 seconds to fall 17 floors from the VIDEO (actual evidence)

5.4 seconds to fall 17 floors from the MODEL (their obviously false BS)

3.9 not = to 5.4, what he said made no sense at all.

  • faved/5stars,thanks.

  • he doesn't admit free fall at the beginning it's like you didn't even watch the video watch it again.
