Wandering Road

"Wandering Road" is an eighteen-minute documentary of Russell and Richard Houghten's journey through the South West. All that was previously agreed upon was to meet at White Sands National Park in New Mexico and eventually make our way up to Colorado. The plan was to stop along the way to camp and explore whatever looked interesting. Most of our destinations came about after talking with the locals we came across and getting their advice on where to head next. We visited White Sands National Monument, Mexican Canyon Trestle in the Lincoln National Forest, Kelly Mine Ghost Town, Puye Cliff Dwellings, Tierra Amarilla, Geyser Hot Springs and the Rainbow Hot Springs. All of the music for the film was recorded by Richard while we were on the road and is available to download from our website, HoughtenBrothers.com
