That dick cop had it coming - if you watch the timing, his leg was in the way because he had just STOMPED ON THE PRISONER. There is no reason a stomp or kick would have been called for, because there were so many officers there to get the job done.
Sure, the prisoner was an idiot - that's why he's a prisoner. The officer's job is to be a CIVIL SERVANT. I hope he gets tased in the groin next time.
