05 Exploring The Cell and DNA Music Theme from Cosmos

A compilation of DNA-related videos and pictures. This video, like all the others in the cosmos music series, is meant only to show you a preliminary glance of some of the cool things you'll see in science. But it is mainly a music video meant to combine Vangelis, Sagan, and stunning visual effects. This is the first upload I use video because the music was so long, A 10 minute plus slide show didn't seem very attractive. Anyway, this is a tribute to Carl Sagan's epic dive into the Cell and a close-up look at DNA in his miniseries documentary, Cosmos.

nice try, but why Vangelis, of all people? You're risking turning away many would-be scientists by associating something incredibly cool with something hopelessly lame and corny... (imho...) Why not embed some code that automatically turns on any viewers' favorite music from his or her own hard drive.

@limosalimosa Because this music video and others like it on my channel use songs from the Cosmos miniseries. Embedding the code you speak of would miss the point entirely.

Id just like to say that this video you posted is a complete waste of time for anyone . If you want to make a music video thats all well and good, but dont make videos that are scientifically themed and named in such a way that they may seem like educational videos. 2ndly in response to your statement about youtube not being the place to educate yourself with these kinds of matters, you obviously dont know what you are talking about... seems like an ignorant and pedantic thing to say.
