@mkesmoke It's also a FACT that Haiti is rich in resources, including black gold and several minerals , and that several Western corporations are trying to "invest" in the country. The first goal is to make PAP more attractive to foreign investors.

What he's saying only makes perfect sense to the fools who don't know the truth about Haiti, or sellouts who are wiling to sell their country to the imperialists.
