This is footage of the Superferry protest and of the court hearing held on Maui. I was the girl in the green shirt/purple dress holding the "Why no EIS?" sign. My dad was with me both times - he is the tall guy with glasses.
I'm a student, born and raised here on Maui. These were my first times being interviewed for TV, so obviously I was a little nervous...
Anyway, these are clips from KHON2, KHNL8, and KGMB9 News.
I would like to thank my family and friends for supporting me, especially my dad for taking me to the events and being the great dad that he is.
