It's called The Run. Three-thousand miles of unforgiving asphalt from San Francisco to New York. No speed limits. No rules. No allies. Armed with just his guts and instinct, Jack battles a field of the most notorious drivers ever assembled. Dense city streets, icy mountain passes and narrow canyons push his driving skills to the limit. Relentlessly hunted by the police, as well as the men who want him dead, Jack is racing for his life.

Sean Faris (The Vampire Diaries, Never Back Down) is Jack Rourke, one of the best drivers around. Jack's cockiness and arrogance has led him into a debt he can't repay. The mob has put a price on his head, and it's a lofty one. Christina Hendricks (Mad Men, Drive) stars as Sam Harper, a woman with ambition, street smarts and a penchant for lightning fast cars. Sam is the only person who can help Jack. Sam fronts Jack's buy-in for The Run, a cut-throat coast-to-coast race from San Francisco to New York with a prize of $25 million. With Sam as his eyes and ears, all Jack needs to do is win.

As The Run streaks through the Desert Hills of Nevada, Jack finds himself at the heart of the pack. Battling with the unforgiving desert heat and technically demanding terrain, Jack must do everything he can to fight his way to the front. That means precision driving at its best as Jack uses all of his skills to slip through the pack on his way to Vegas. But with so much at stake, no one is going to give him an inch.

As The Run hits Colorado, Jack faces a life-threatening choice at icy Independence Pass. Take the long route and lose valuable time, or ignore avalanche warnings and use his skill to survive a treacherous shortcut. With the clock ticking, a mountain crumbling in front of him and a rival one step ahead, the choice is obvious. He has to race for his life!
