It looks like you were using the mixing bowl method which has a rather high rate of failure. It also looks like you have a hard plastic toilet seat which is hard for the cat to grasp onto. Padded is much better for kitty toilet training. There's no way you could hope to train your cats in a week. It can take months and in some cases even years. That is brilliant how do you train a cat to pee and poop on the loo without a litter tray to scratch in.
