Hi!, from country to country usually we took buses or trains, except for crossing the sea or some forbiden borders. Most effective depends on what country you want to travel. We started in north Italy flying from Madrid, because it was much cheaper than taking buses or trains. In the countries we crossed we were paying very little money for road transportation, so it was our main way, and much more funny!!!!
Just an advice: dont think, act and travel, life is too short for thinking!!!!!

how do you do it? please tell me, I have planned to go from Ireland-Paris-all through Europe-Russia-China-Thailand and I have budgeted about £6000/ €7,000, but I still want to travel through the Middle East, Africa and South America after that!!

Jo... tambien quiero. Hais estado en mis destinos de elección (Tailandia en especial.) aunque yo queria irme de NZ a America pero al sur, en Peru. Me encataria ver Machu Pichu. Y despues ya en los EE.UU. California-Vancouver-Tennessee
