If you ran HC like FD that means you could buy insurance for for preventive care for your house. They would do routine checks to see if you are up to code are have bad wiring and fix it if you are not. They would give you fire extinguishers. and if your house caught on fire they would put it out and rebuild your house too. Just think of all the houses that would be saved from fires .

If you have a business and the fire marshall comes to visit, and you are not up to code. Guess what they shut you down until you can pay to get if fixed. When you build a house there are codes you have to follow and you have to pay for that. The government doesn't pay? you to fix your problem. So if you compare government funded fire dept to gov run health care, that means all preventive and health problem you have the government will not pay for any of it unless you are dying within hours.
