Sebastiano began modeling at age 15, and has worked in Milan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Shanghai and Tokyo. Seba is the main model and face of Stand UP! The Fragile and BlaBlaHospital. He often appears in various commercials (Panasonic, Sony, Casio, etc.).

Last year he was a regular cast member of the japanese drama: Nihonjin no shiranai nihongo and the spin off Nihonjin no shiranai nihongo ridanzu.
