Dennis Yost was directly involved in the creation of this group prior to his passing on Dec. 7, 2008. Above all Dennis wanted the group and his music to continue even though he could no longer perform. Dennis last appeared on stage with the band May 16, 2008. So, with his blessing and at his request, the music goes on. This video was recorded

Thank you for the kind words. However, the vocals on this video are done by Tom Garrett. Mr. Yost personally chose Tom to be his successor.

The Classics IV are an awesome band! I know Dennis was proud of them, and it's so nice to hear so many of their hits in their shows! Dennis was proud of them and so am I!

I saw this group recently in Georgetown, IL. They did a great show. Plus I got he chance to meet Mrs. Yost, Dennis' widow. It was a very cool night.

I saw these just over a month ago in Bloomington, IL. It was a fantastic concert. I have crossed paths with Tom several times over the past 20 years or so, so I speak from personal exprience when I say that Mr. Yost couldn't have picked a nicer or more talented person as his successor.
