  • @FuckedUpFerret Speaking as someone going through officer training now I can tell you that while women may be allowed to do roles such as medics, sigs and int corps, they are still not allowed to enter the RM, Infantry, RAFReg, SAS, SBS, etc.

  • not wanting to be biast or anything but this is probably the best technique in all of NATO on how to climb ropes. Not even Carlsberg could do better.

  • @Freepepsi42 thanks mate :)

  • @Tommy123D until you have completed the task, well during testing you do all of them whether you were successful or not. I know in the past if you fail you get back tracked in training. And during your training you should be doing PT everyday whether it is orginized with the platoon or not, you are expected to keep yourself in shape.

  • @Freepepsi42 when you say untill your done does that mean untill you cant move any more or untill you have completed all the task? and does gym sessions happen everyday of training?

  • @QuinnChandler55 damn right.

  • @Tommy123D until your done. They are doing their fitness testing during their Basic.

  • @scarpittpimpernell

Then lets let them climb some damn ropes in Syria. Get their asses moving.

  • anyone who thinks its easy then see if you're man enough to put your money where your mouth is.

Most of you wont even pass PRMC to get to start our 32wks Basic Training,

when we started there were 66 in my troop & only 27 originals Passed Out,5 ended up in Hunter, the training we do is the hardest & longest in the world,FACT

thats why we have the strongest bond of any force & upmost respect for each & every Bootneck past & present because we each know what kind of man it takes to become a RMC

  • @EdofEngland they don't isolate the transverse or rectus abdominal groups. Wasting a lot of the effort on hip flexors which can be worked out much more effectively with hanging leg raises whilst working out the the lower abdominals as well. If I wanted to strength my core I would use full crunches preferably weighted,, with other exercises.

  • Get Back in the kitchen!

  • @nospeacial What's wrong with situps?
