  • would u plz apply this tut.?

  • The tutorial I used is in the video info, if that's what you mean...

  • Can you plz make a tutorial about this? I tried to understand the blender magazine one but it made no sence in the animation part!

  • what part of the animation? When you animate the shrinking ball or when you animate the particle system? if the shrinking ball, just make it's size in frame 1 is 0.2 and in frame 20 it is size 0. If it's the particle part then i suggest you to make just a very simple particle system and choose that the sliding panel in "visualization" is "object". then, write the name of your animated ball in the object name. If you can tell me the problem in my thread in blenderartists I think I can help better

  • I managed to get the particles right...but I have no clue how to animate the balls...Like I said, I'm entirely new to Blender and I'd like to know how to do this cool stuff. Thanks for offering to help me^^

  • First, make a ball. then, press n. a small panel should appear. from here, you can easily alter the size. then, scale it to a size 0.01 . press i and select "scale". then, go to frame 15. and scale it to about 10-15 times bigger or so. again, press i and select scale. then, go to frame 30 and scale it down to size 0.01. again, press i, select scale. I hope that this helps.

  • suzanne's burning!

  • @armandotheweak Bob FAIL

  • Awesome!:D

  • it likes more as cola falling up

  • Wow, sounds great.

  • @asderso meh got the essentials pretty cool if you cant be bothered making your own fire (i dunno need a quick candle ofr a dungeon?) but its a lot more fun if you make your own

plus i made mine green and used the distort twice to give it that electric guitar fstylised flame look :P

  • No way, I found out the solution - I recommend you to get "Action Essentials" the package, and FIRE will be an eazy task to do.
