@koechiro It depends on how much the atlas needs to be moved. Atlas oscillates into the proper position. Adjustment is not about show. it is about what works. How thick, healthy your spinal disks are will depend on how well you respond to care. The younger you are the better to be checked for imbalances. Infants can be adjusted. We need a lot more U, C, S, only Sherman Collage teaches Atlas orthoganol, another good technique. What is on video is good. Learn other technique, names on upcspine.
