Makes 10 servings. Each serving has:
170 calories
3g fat
*5g protein
31g carbs
*For more protein, add in some sliced chicken or shrimp.

You will need:
1 package gluten-free fettuccine
1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp. whole wheat pastry flour
2oz. fat-free cream cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Garlic powder
Basil

  • I called our local health food store and she told me they have brown rice pasta <3 cant wait to go (I love pasta and have not been having it as often since Im trying to drop another 30lbs...) but NOW I CAN - how exciting!
