I know feeling start in oct first bill was $420.00 each month sum get wrost only post be $ 164 a month having seen that yet this it was 378.00 why so much sprint told was new chargers now so sprint suck going to new company without high bills .

I am sorry you had a hard time with Sprint , but now they have gotten alot better, so try sprint again.

@greetingsearthlings1 (continued again)another time sprint charged our account double because he was a few states away doing military training and we were talking to one another even though we have FREE MINUTE TO MINUTES and are on the same account. The total was around 500 bucks. after spending 4 hours on the phone being transferred numerous times they concluded that they would not drop the charges until I threatened to terminate my contract. SPRINT= LIARS, THAT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

@greetingsearthlings1 (continued) After spending 3 hours on the phone with customer service reps and getting transferred around a million times they agreed to give me two months of service free. I got a bill today for charging me for two months worth of service and a thank you letter for enrolling in total equipment protection something that I did not ask for and it will coast me an additional 7 bucks a month!

OMG SPRINT IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
I have had my phone replaced 5 times in a 6 month period of time driving 30 miles to the nearest store each way. after the 5th time of replacing the same crappy phone I learned that all the phones were what they called"REFURBISHED" It was at that point I got extremely upset and told him that I suspect the first "new phone" was also "REFURBISHED" at that point the customer service rep just laughed and said all companies do this practice. HE DIDNT DENEY IT!

everything you said in this video basically happened to me too. i hate sprint with a passion. i got 5 replacements on one phone that i had for a year. 5 replacements in one year should not happen. if it does, they should be more helpful about it. their customer service sucks. so glad im done with them.

YOu lasted 4 months ? LMAO I switched to sprint nextel and went back to my old carrier 6 days later. It was a total 6 day fucken nightmare. One dropped call after another , having to walk around the house from room to room to get a signal so I could send or reply to a text. When you call their customer service they act like your bothering them. I only used their service for 6 days and after 6 months they're still saying I owe them $137.00 , I told them if you think it's worth it sue me

so.........they hit you with valid charges, wouldn't let you return a phone past their 30-day return policy, you wouldn't pay your bill, so now they won't accept your auto-payment? um, i think that's called life...

When you returned a phone that is not working sprint is not charging you for that OK, is just that the credit takes 3 billing cycles to enter. We cant make magic! is not like a costumer calls and said ok i send the phone remove the charges and the care representive could said ok no problem! we also are sending you a blackberry for free!
