@kartaoniks when we get to scotts level of conditioning we wont need to bulk, right now you should definately bulk to add muscle then cut for a summer, do that for a few years until you are satisfied with your size then just focus on maintaining that level while still trying to improve areas eg bringing up weak bodyparts

@emericaordie15 I was just about to ask the same thing until I read your comment. When you see the word "Row" it leads one to believe that this should be a back exercise. But when you think about it some more, you're working your traps. Im kinda confused too...
