@MrNativeDancer True Bulldogs should NOT be bred to some stupid kennel club standard that says they should have large heads etc. They should how ever be bred for sound solid temprement,good health,be athletic,Loyal,Obedient,trainable and be able to run rather quickly!, Sorry to all you English Bulldog owners who have expensive vet bills and stuff blame the stupid divs who crossed a great dog with the pug and gave it all the bad health problems etc.Now STOP ARGUING THESE ARE TRUE HEALTHY BULLDOGS

All you people below who know nothing about Bulldogs. The English Bulldog we no today is not a proper bulldog! It was crossed with Pug dog to make the dog smaller, an effectively it became totally useless, they cant even give birth naturally now!Thats why some are born with cork screw tails aswel! The American BULLDOG! is what the True English Bulldog looked like a century ago. No two bulldogs will look identical they have huge genetic pool that gives healthy variation!

I used to be in to the whole purebreds and all that but it doesn't matter really...they look like good dogs with good temperament
