Flying New Tech's Desire UL in .75 mph wind. I have also flown this kite in 10mph winds. Awesome UL with a great wind range at an unbeatable price. I use these to fly multiples. GREAT kite highly recommended.

If you read correctly you will see a point . before the 75, which means it was 3/4mph. "rolls eyes" :)
