@ed2kou1 inherited a recession? Bush did anything but encourage it. Massive tax cuts was his game plan. And lets not even bother with the Iraq war, which did, and still is costing us billions if not trillions. I mean the fact that the Iraq war was unjust in the first place and only through misleading the public did it get pushed through automatically puts Bush in the fail category, both in terms of budget, and his presidency overall.
