  • What I don't get is.... doesn't it take many many years for radiation to dissipate to a safe level? Please correct me if I am wrong, but the heart of the Chernobyl disaster remains un-lived in... and people have to sign waivers to go visit the site. Sure, he can safe as much money as we wants to fix the buildings, etc. etc... but in this "zone", what's the point? Only time can clean up all the radiation contamination, no? It'd be a waste of money.

  • good man. the japanese government like any other government are basically not helping the situation....

  • Somebody should help him write a book.

  • I actually respect what he's doing there, some might call it crazy I call it honorable.

He's an older man and if this is the way he wants to go out, then good for him I could never be that brave.
