This is more horrifying than the graphic torture scenes in American Psycho - even the one involving the tube and the rat!

Oh god... XD!
Btw, if anyone wants to read a really, really innapropriate childrens book; look up the english translation of "Der giftpilz".
-
@CheeseYoshi I am aware of that, of course. :P

Have you noticed how when she says "We are handicapped when we are sick" the woman on the page is facepalming.
-
@thefuzz97 That was from a Cracked.com list.
-
If this is handicapped I don't want to know what the author considers mentally challenged.

I'm learning disabled and I luled.
-
@youjulz that looks like some sort of therapy equipment...

@fluffsalotpie1200 it implies that disability is always bad, and something to be avoided at all costs.
I read something about this book on the Internet:
"If youre not already convinced this book was a terrible idea, try reciting the title at a cocktail party and see if you dont get beat down. And while the books answer to the question is actually we should ALL care about disabled people, the people it considers disabled include fat kids, kids who huff paint, alcoholics, athletes and child prodigies (you know, because theyre so lonely)."

i remember reading a children's book at barnes & noble once and it was about a tractor and another about a dinosaur by the same author and the language used was filled with sexual innuendo. i felt dirrty reading it.
