that's because in the Netherlands Elite isn't the same as in the US. The higest possible level in the Netherlands is for 12 year old till senior gymnasts the same level. And under there you have 11 year old gymast they are in Holland level 3, which means about level 9 in the US.

i know her! her and the rest of the team came to my gym. when they visited they sleepover my carpools house. so my mom drove them to the gym a couple of times. their really nice. i had nikki and lynn. their coach, elka, is workin at my gym now. i had her last night at gymnastics. shes really good. a girl in my gym had trouble in their front handspring front tuck, and she totally got it last night. thats how good she is.
