@kywoman1950 We do have this music today, thanks to re-issue CDs and you tube, on the popular airwaves it has been completely subjugated by rock and pop and "chart" music.

I can remember watching Lawrence Welk as a kid. I didn't realize or appreciate the talent he had in his orchestra. All I can say is I wish he were on today with this kind of talent. Thank you for airing this. Brings back lots of good memories for me.
