@mkkris73 you can say that again. I loved the 80's and all the hair bands. Lived in Tampa and saw all the great bands.

This song is well before my time, and i must admit i listen to mostly progressive modern rock, or indie acoustic music.. but i love this song. I remember being a kid and seeing my parents listening to this as they would sit and reminisce their past together... They are now divorced and that has affected me alot. I Love both of them and wish i saw them more, im now 21 and on my own with my own house and can now relate to this song just like they could. Good song.

This song had meaning to me in the 80s when I was a teenager...today it has those same meanings plus so many more...very powerful and so very true...

@TheSkeptic1976 you can say that again, Growing up with this music was awesome, with out it I don't know what I would of done, THe music they come out with now, It is not heartfelt like the songs we grew up with find it harder to relate to the music coming out these days at least not like I was able to back then... maybe that is why it was a great time. No It was a Blast in a Glass!

it's so hard watching the one you love, love someone else. It's always best to look away.

@peemypants420 Still is number 1

This is to my hubby if we ever part
What is most depressing about hearing this song is there will never be music like this ever again. The emotion is unbelievable.

This was the number 1 song on the day I was born and it explains my current situation so well. WTF is this voodoo sorcery?
