if you're going to review this you should actually follow the plan the way it says to, which is to do the reset phase for 5-14 days and THEN try the workouts. this isn't really helpful at all

@ilovetinkerbellfairy I tried to let you know my story but it wouldn't let me post. Anway, long story short. Do the reset...it really really works. I am living proof of it!!!
