They describe programming as a mathematical discipline and that it is extremely useful and should not be overlooked.

Interesting that Alex is happy with programing, math, the new smell of his book & his jolly love for his subject. Programming for programers. . .did Alex find his moral voice? Our world is being programmed and us along with it through an ongoing danger of programmers advancing the totalitarian state of never ending war & economic collapse. It's time that super academics, look at society & realize the awful consequences that are produced by any science devoid of human rights concern. Read Popper.
