Heavy handed? No this sort of behavior is not ok and should not be tolerated. If we were to bow to behavior like this we would all end up in concentration camps for loitering. Although I thought he was a dick at first and enjoy the mockery of him, I think he mad a momentary lapse.
He seemed very regretful and a decent person in the radio interview and this unfortunate video shows an otherwise ok person in his worst light.
I don't think he should've been fired for being a loud mouth and being heavy handed.
