    You and the other guy both forgot to connect the ground clip to the test point.

    Just look there, you HAVE to connect the ground clip and then the prob. I am sure i'll work fine.

    Without a ground reference it might not work.

    yes it is the same device but some how the test signal has its own ground.

    just try.

  • @barnamah You must not have watched the whole video. At the beginning of the video I had the ground clip disconnected since I was trying to reproduce TURBINEator's problem. At 0:45 I attach the ground clip and point out that TURBINEator didn't have his ground clip connected. This might have been TURBINEator's problem but it didn't seem to make a difference for me.

  • Thanks TerminalJack505, It seems to be an isolated problem with a few units, I have had a response from someone with the same issue. So I guess most units out there will be fine.
