  • my legs start shaking and shivering when i am raising my legs and i cant hold them up , at least not in a straight wat..please tell what do i need to do to correct that?

  • @637758 Its probably because you have tight hamstrings that you cannot bring them up all the way, and because you cannot bring them up all the way its much more intense than when you can. Thats why the shaking of the muscles is happening. You have to work much harder that way. work to loosen out the hamstrings. Here a video to work with. The video is called yoga for hamstrings, use the search box, the code is tRjKEpkghsk . Youtube doesn't let me leave links here.. Hope this helps!

  • @pmarmoset907 no exercise gives you abs, low body fat is needed to see abs. This will strengthen them of course.

  • does this really give u abs?

  • your core refers to more than just your abdominal muscles. It also refers to your back muscles.

  • I love this! I love your voice and cues, I am a yoga teacher and this is pure gold! Thank you
