as an former 82nd Trooper, this is a sad statement of the upper body strength of this unit. And, no one goes to SF selection in half ass shape, it just doesn't happen. U clowns get a clue before posting crap.

I counted zero. They're all kipping.

When I was in infantry basic way back in the 90s I seem to recall doing 25 pushups and lining up to try to do 10 pullups before every meal in the DFAC. If you couldn't make it, your buddy behind you would assist you. Sometimes the tail end of the line got to skip, but the goal was to improve pullups so those going on to airborne training wouldn't be an embarrassment.

Is the Army adopting the PFT, lol?
-
That was pathetic.
-
If you base a branch of the military off of how many pull ups some one can do then...well I don't even have a word for how much of a dumb ass you are so im gonna make one up. You're a fucking kufininanapa.
-
I'm just a Marine Poolee and my Sergeant would have stood at the bar yelling One one one one
I didn't see anyone go all the way down lol

Unsat. Not one correct pullup. Nice fag gloves. No hot chow for these nasties. GO USMC.
-
@goldenboydeuces when the USMC actually accomplishes something in combat, then they can talk. till then, go Army
-
@cbassfishin seriously... all the way down! they each would've gotten a score of 0 in the Corps!
All the way down!

@DonE1899 I pulled out the "special forces" card to remind people that the Army doesn't suck. You think that people that are in special forces weren't fit when they were just an average soldier? The Army does have lower standards than the Marines, but their troops are still to some degree physically fit. I have seen people in the Army that are more physically fit than some Marines. Not to say that they all are. I respect every branch and really couldn't care who does more pullups, why can't you?
