Black Tie Event Nail Art Design Tutorial

Hello You Guys!!!

Happy Friday ~

A while ago my husband & I were invited to a black tie event, & this is the nail design I used for this special occasion. I wore a black gown, a vintage silver bracelet, & a beautiful big half pearl ring my husband gave me for our anniversary. I wanted the nail design to have an art deco vintage feel, & this is what I came up with.

After the event for the rest of the week so it could have a less elegant feel I applied purple & pink crackle polish to the middle black polished area, alternating the colors in each nail & it dressed the design down for a more casual look.

Thank you so much, It's really difficult to recomend a one size fits all when it comes to base & top coat brands. I find that Seche Vite works great for me, but some girls have told me it lifts on them. So I suppose its a matter of finding what works best for your nail type.
