@xXXDreamStateXXx Wow man thanks. I really appreciate all of this information. Any movie with Jack Nocholson is cool. They really are so underrated. I wish more people knew about them. The funny thing is that I wrote that comment eight months ago and I had almost completely forgotten about Moneen but reading what I wrote kinda rekindled the affection I had for this band. So I am out to listen to their entire discography on my itunes. Thanks man.

@thisismypassword901 I'm glad you started listening to them. They are truly an amazing band and ridiculously underrated. Words cannot describe how genuine and awesome they are. They are a Canadian band from Brampton, Ontario, Canada. "Ndugu" is a reference to a sponsored child in a movie called "About Schmidt" with Jack Nicholson. Beautiful movie. This is one of my fav songs. My brother met them several times at shows and they are very warm down to earth guys!

Wow. I can't believe more people have not comment on this awesome song from this awesome band. I started listening to them just a little while ago and they are breathtaking. They are the best band I have ever heard in such a long time. What sucks is that there isn't really that much information on them. Does anybody know a website where I can learn more about their background and who they are?

nah i do have the "it all started with a red stripe" dvd and unfortunately this video isnt on there...i know there's a compilation called "another year on the streets" but i never knew there was a dvd too
