This short video shows you how to boot defrag in Windows Vista (and XP) to speed up your computer's startup. A boot defrag on a computer is like a carb tune-up for a car in the winter.

  • this is not the boot defrag command...this is the command for idle process tasks....

    the boot defrag command is

    defrag c: -b

if u run idle process tasks...many tasks will run....like syncronizing the clock...quick scan with win defender...rate computer performance....and many more...including boot defrag :)

u can check those tasks in task scheduler - microsoft-windows in

    computer management

    cheers
