Sonny: Parvo Surviver

My 8 week old puppy got sick with Parvo, she was in the hospital for a week. Luckily we caught the sickness early and were able to save her, she's now an insane, hyper lil doggie that lives life to the fullest; and drives me insane, i never thought a i would love a chihuahua so much lol

hi chickofthek9, thanks so much.. yes it hurts really bad. my baby was 9 weeks old.. and I had just gotten her had her a week got her on a sunday and she died on friday night at the vet.. got a call late from vet said she did all she could do. that she lost her.... awww i was so sad :(

@gail4ev  my heart hurts for you, i could only imagine what you have been through. just think of it this way, shes not in pain anymore, and she is watching over you in doggy heaven, thats what i tell myself about my cat.

that is so sad... I'm so glad you caught it in time... wish I could have been that lucky. I just lost a baby with parvo this week and its hurts so bad.. i miss my abigail

im so sorry to hear that, i know exactly how you feel, i just lost my cat Kiba 6 months ago, i cant believe it has been that long since he passed, it feels like it was just a couple weeks ago.

i know where your coming from though, how old was your baby before she passed?

thank you, yes I look at it like you said he's in doggy heaven now. I do miss him very much. but I know he is better off now and he's not suffering any more. I got a new baby now to love and be loved and help me with my grieve. but my Lil bit will always be in my heart always!!
