I had a math book that showed an alligator eating numbers! I was offended and outraged to say the least! We should not have such violence in our schools! Our children should be protected and sheltered from such cruel teachings to better prepare them for life in the real world.

I love dark humour but I wouldn't recommend having it at school as suicide is a serious risk and exposing people to specific methods is, according to suicide prevention organisations, a factor that increases suicide attempts. I wish it wasn't like that but for those few suicidal people I'd say we should do with the bunnies.

But I'm equally opposed to all religious books and school prayers. That's just nasty.
