6.58 i remember when i did that when i was a kid!!! but it wasnt as good as that lol, i never knew that did balance

Hi Esther, I seem to be having the most trouble with balance in my yoga exercises. Flexibility seems to be an issue as well. Is there anything you recommend? I cant hold my legs up to do much of these exercises and I DEFINATELY cant balance on my hands. How long have you been doing yoga? I am so very thankful I found your videos. I can do yoga in the comfort of my home and at my speed without looking stupid while falling down all the time. I appreciate any help or pointers you could give. =)

@GooGooDolphins Taking it at your own pace is the best advice, and you already gave that to yourself :-) besides that working on your core stability helps your balance a lot. (look at my video's for core strength) with regards to flexibility, give it time...

Hi Esther (or anyone else with an answer), I have a question about the pose you do at @6:49. Whenever I try to balance like that my arms hurt so much that I can't do it. It's not a strength issue, it's the actual skin on my arms that hurts. Any suggestions for how I can fix that or information about what I might be doing wrong? Thanks!

@geesealyse if it hurts, just lower your arms a bit. It will get better over time .Yoga is also about accepting your limitations
