Ok so this is my first attempt at using movie maker so tell me what you think.
I tried to stick to the ocean theme and i used a more literal approach to the translations.

I do not speak French and understand very little but the phrase "Et si tu crois que c'est fini,Jamais"...English translation says "And if you believe that it's finished, Never"... tells me this is a great love between two people that can't be broken...A love song with many Metaphors...I love it

But i'm assuming you are asking idiomatically. As far as i have been able to find, it doesn't mean anything else.

its about lovers saying goodbye to each other, possibly for war, but knowing that they will still be together in their dreams, and the sailor will come home someday.
