I am content to know that one kid actor has been taken out of the slums of india. The other millions living in their own filth better become actors or win some gameshow too.

@kaliyuta well in my other videos on here the girl's dad did say that they got alot from the producers. sadly azharuddins father died of TB recently but both kids were moved into middle class condo's of bombay after their homes in the slums were torn down.

THEY ARE PEOPLE LIVING IN THE SLUMS.
The ultimate message of the movie also seems to slip ppl's minds.That even though these children live in the slums they have a big heart and an uncanny instinct for survival.This is why i believe this movie touched so many ppl in the U.S.However with that said there seems to be many factors that need to be addressed about this movie,and why it is that the children were not paid well,and why these controversies are happening

he is nicolos almeda. he is a former city councilman and an activist for slum dwellers, since he lives in the slums.
