  • yes haitian food is the best just go ahead taste the creole gumbo

  • Too much yapping on this video!!!!!

  • she said Jig....

  • I'm sorry but I don't put okra in my gumbo, and yes I know where gumbo get its name from but I wasn't raise where okra was put n gumbo and my family is from southern Louisiana. Gumbo is awesome without okra and tomatos, I love the cajun gumbo where u cook the roux a little longer for a deeper color and a richer taste but I love your gumbo looks great and I be it taste great also

  • @NOLAcain I KNOW. HES SUCH AN ASS

  • THIS GUYS AN ASSHOLE

  • Hey Poppy....after you eat the gumbo...can I tempt you with a nice 8 inch "self saucing tube steak"..??

  • I tried this recipe today. It was off the hook.

  • This recipe is the real deal. Keep up the good work!

  • The stock is what sold me, thank god, someone finally is doing the right thing and justice to stock making, its so simple to make, get rid of those canned stock junk. Go El fresco.

    Cheers and happy cooking
